Electro-Proportional direct-drive multiple valves
1-The valve adopts a modular design, allowing the addition of modules to expand new additional functions, with a maximum expansion capability of up to 10 sections.
2-The internal cast oil passage is optimized to effectively reduce pressure losses and improve the product's oil flow capacity.
3-The pre-pressure compensation load-sensitive multiple valve has good speed control performance as the load movement speed is independent of load pressure.
4-The valve is driven by proportional solenoids, enabling precise control of the valve spool with faster response speed. The solenoid's connection to the return oil port effectively reduces the impact of temperature rise on the solenoid, enhancing the product's stability.
5-Each working section can be equipped with a secondary relief valve with anti-cavitation function, allowing independent pressure setting for the working ports.
6-The inlet section is equipped with a unloading solenoid valve and LS relief valve, effectively reducing energy consumption during standby mode and improving the safety of the main unit. Additionally, the inlet section can be equipped with a proportional relief valve to meet special control requirements and ensure better control performance of the main unit under any load.
