SA4VG series 40

SA4VG series 40 variable pump is an axial piston variable pump designed with a swashplate. It is suitable for closed-loop hydraulic systems for static pressure transmission. By adjusting the swashplate angle, the pump enables seamless flow control. This variable pump offers a variety of flange designs to meet different installation requirements.

High pressure rating and wide speed range

The rotary components of the SA4VG series 40 adopt high-pressure resistant materials, enabling it to withstand a theoretical continuous pressure of 45 MPa and peak pressures of up to 50 MPa. Additionally, the internal bearings have been optimized and improved to enhance the speed capabilities of the pump, meeting the application requirements for high-speed, high-pressure, and frequent impact conditions.

Compact structure and high power density

The integrated design of the housing and rear cover of the SA4VG series 40 results in a more compact overall structure, making it suitable for installations in confined spaces. Moreover, with its higher pressure rating and expanded speed range compared to the SA4VG series 32 , it offers significantly improved power density.

Modular control design

The SA4VG series 40 variable displacement pump offers seven control modes, including HW (mechanical servo proportional control), EP (electrical proportional control), and EZ (electronic on-off control). Notably, the EP electrical proportional control provides convenient operation, allowing precise control of the pump's output flow by adjusting the current of the solenoid valve.

Advantages

? Integrated high-pressure relief valve for overload protection and low-pressure side replenishment in closed-loop circuits.

? Built-in replenishing pump serves as the control pump and replenishing pump for the closed system.

? Smooth change in hydraulic oil flow direction when the swash plate is in the neutral position.
